Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint, which gradually leads to restricted movement. It occurs when the capsule surrounding the shoulder joint thickens and tightens, forming adhesions, and leads to inflammation and scar tissue. This can significantly limit the shoulder’s range of motion and cause persistent pain.
