Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis)

Golfer’s elbow, medically known as medial epicondylitis, is a condition that involves pain and inflammation of the tendons that attach to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow (medial epicondyle). This area is where the muscles that flex the wrist and fingers attach to the bone. Despite its name, golfer’s elbow can affect anyone who repeatedly uses their wrists or clenches their fingers, not just golfers.
