We will go through a detailed exam covering nerves, joints, ligaments, and muscles to determine exactly where your pain is coming from. Depending on the needs of the patient, the first appointment may consist of: functional evaluation, orthopedic testing, joint & muscle palpation, and active injury treatment.

We recommend wearing athletic or loose-fitting clothing to all of your appointments.

Follow-up appointments are 30-60 minutes in length and may include structural rehabilitation, soft tissue therapies, chiropractic care, and dry needling.

While Dr. Cappelletti performs chiropractic adjustments, her sessions are more hands-on, involving various soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and performance training to speed up the recovery process as quickly as possible.

Although Dr. Cappelletti works with many sports injuries, she also provides general wellness care and performance optimization to all individuals. Those appointments are still 30-60 minutes in length.

Dr. Cappelletti is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. After each appointment, we can send a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider.

FRWD Sports Therapy LLC is a cash-based, musculoskeletal specialist clinic. This model allows you more one-on-one time with the physician and a more personalized healthcare experience that is not available in a traditional insurance-based model.

We accept checks, cash, most major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. A $75 fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice.
