Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic manipulation is a hands-on therapy involving precise pressure applied to the spine, joints, and other areas to alleviate pain and related symptoms. This approach aims to reduce bodily discomfort, enhance mobility, and decrease inflammation by addressing the underlying causes of pain. Dr. Cappelletti employs various chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, Diversified, Arthrostim, SOT Blocking, Thompson Drops, Motion Palpation, and Extremity Adjusting, to effectively restore health and well-being.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a hands-on approach used to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal issues and movement dysfunctions. It includes techniques like joint and soft tissue mobilizations, as well as chiropractic adjustments, to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall function. Specific methods may involve myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and chiropractic adjustments.

Dry Needling

Dry needling involves the insertion of thin, solid needles into trigger points or tight bands of muscle tissue, without injecting any substance. The goal of dry needling is to stimulate the release of tension in muscles, reduce pain, and improve range of motion. It also helps to reduce inflammation throughout the entire body and not just in the local area of treatment. As the inflammatory state decreases, so does the associated nerve irritation and pain.
